This achievement is concerned with killing normal mobs that reside on the Timeless Isle, and they're only 'normal' or elite. The other achievement related to killing the rares that appear is Timeless Champion.

It's dangerous to go alone! Take a tank with you. Or skills.

The vast majority of these creatures are elites, and if you're a squishy, like me, you'll get a decent smack down if you're not careful. That's not to say anyone can't kill them :)

The High Priest of Ordos has 26,168,220 Health Points. This was the only mob I had trouble with. You might want to ask a few friends.

When you look at this in your achievements (exploration, pandaria) the order seems to go from easiest at the top, hardest at the bottom. If you aren't well geared (like me), I suggest doing the easy ones at the top first, then getting a small group for the harder one at the bottom.
EDIT: More Info!
The order also seems to go left to right, so the top left is the easiest, the top middle is second easiest, top right is third easiest, second to top left is fourth easiest etc. and the bottom right is hardest, bottom mid is second hardest, bottom left is third hardest, second to bottom right is fourth hardest, etc.

Now that the Legendary Cape quest line has been removed, is there a way for me to kill the High Priest of Ordos? He's the last one I need to get this Achievement.

Apparently this is LITERALLY unachieveable if you didn't complete the Pandaria legendary questline & get the legendary cloak on at least 1 of your toons before WoD came out.

This is now a LEGACY QUEST. New comers to WoW or people who were absent during the era of MoP, don't even bother. It's blocked out, you cannot step foot in the Temple of Ordos no matter what you do.

If you don't have the cloak and can't ride the seagull or whatever because you didn't do it while it was current content THERE IS A WAY! I didn't complete it (or even play WoW) during the Pandaria xpac so I had all of the other rares needed for Killing Time except for Ordos. I thought I'd never get it. Today I was trying to get other rares that are just outside of the walls of Ordos' area using a method I cannot claim to have come up with on my own (I found it in a comment on how to get to Garnia if you hadn't completed the Pandaria content ie. didn't have the cloak etc.) and I managed to get him!

This is how I did it.

I swam out to the point of fatigue, backed up out of the fatigue, mounted a flying mount, swam on my flying mount to the point of fatigue, then very quickly you'll see the text "Time-Lost Waters" pop up on your screen - that means you can fly unlike ON the Timeless Isle, fly directly UP - very high, then when you're high enough - dismount, use a goblin glider and glide back towards the island. Make sure you have your map up so you can see where you're going (this took me a few tries to master). Then land OUTSIDE of the walls of Ordos area but just barely, if you land in the area of Garnia you won't be able to get up to the other area as Garnia is lower than Ordos on the mountain. Once you land there is an area on the west part of the mountain that's labeled "Ordon Sanctuary," this is where you enter and where Ordos is. If you enter the main walls you will be ported out and back into The Celestial Court. There is a small entrance on the far west side of the Ordon Sanctuary, go in, kill the "High Priest of Ordos," and you will get "Killing Time." Don't forget to collect the large treasure chest on the east side of the sanctuary (inside the same walls) before you leave.

I'm submitting screenshots of the achievement, the entrance and myself inside, on the Vulpine Familiar mount (as proof that I just completed this).

For anyone interested, there is an AddOn which literally combines every exploration achievement possible - so one set of pins for flying around - many hundreds of pins obviously - which disappear as you get each criteria of each achievement. Heck this beats copy pasting coordinates from here into other AddOns. It's at Curse and it's by yours truly! Hope it helps you all!
